E-water pump

E-Water Pump is the name of the new project that involves two partners of absolute importance in the world of karting and beyond: the companies MonzaTech and New-Line Racing have in fact joined forces to develop and design a simple and innovative conversion kit that allows you to transform a mechanical water pump into an electrically operated one.

The operating principle of the E-Water Pump is very simple and intuitive: the impeller of the mechanical water pump, in fact, instead of being driven by the rotation of the motor axle receives the rotary motion directly from the motor thanks to an O-Ring connection between the pulley of the water pump and one of the 3 cavities (red, yellow and blue) of the electric motor pulley.

The main advantage of the E-Water Pump is the better stability of the engine temperature throughout the entire rpm session. By running the water pump at a constant speed, in fact, you can obtain the best possible balance in the thermodynamic scheme of the water pump-internal combustion engine-radiant mass, avoiding the accumulation of heat due to continuous accelerations and decelerations.
